Zanzi is here to give you a holistic hair experience, with a no-harm philosophy. We are committed to the health and well being of our clients, our planet, animals and ourselves. 

We promote a healthy lifestyle behind the chair and beyond by using and recommending products that are aligned with our values of holistic health, non-toxic beauty, sustainability and transparency.

We believe in the power of green chemistry to remove the use of harmful ingredients and that you should never have to sacrifice your health for beauty.

Sustainability

We are proudly a member of the Sustainable Salons Australia program which means over 95% of the resources used during your service at our salon will be rescued from landfill and sent for repurposing. 

All the proceeds gained from recycling the salon's metals will be donated to not-for-profit community-based organisations that do a killer job helping humanity.

Any leftover chemicals will be recycled into water and used in construction/road works.

Plastic product bottles, packaging and bags are recycled into new products and kept out of our oceans.

Cut off hair will support charitable causes such as oil spill clean-up projects, local community gardens and charitable wig making services for children experiencing hair loss due to cancer and alopecia.

Once our tools reach their end of life, they will be broken down and all valuable parts will be repurposed.

Our salon fit out was designed with sustainability in mind and all of our timber furniture has been sourced locally and sustainably.

We are a single use plastic- free salon and offer our clients a refill service for home haircare products where possible. 

We have limited the use of unnecessary paper publications by going digital for our marketing collateral and in-salon magazines.
